Return, Exchange and Refund


No returns are accepted due to hygiene purposes.


Säraly Accessories only accepts exchanges if the wrong items are sent to you.

Please contact us immediately via Whatsapp or email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect items received.

In this case, delivery costs will be borne by Säraly Accessories.

Säraly KL will not give refunds for goods that are damaged by the couriers.

Products that are damaged from any mishandling which includes not storing items properly and improper care will not be exchanged or refunded.
